Host was very responsive and helpful.

Great space to recharge in a long week of vacation activities. Hosts were accommodating and answered all my questions when booking. They checked in during the stay, but we didn’t want for much once we were there!

At first I wasn't going to leave a review bcuz they asked me not to, but I don't believe they will change. When we checked into the unit, it felt dirty but tidy. the couch is broken, the cushions dip so low its unenjoyable. When I got in the king bed, there was hairs, drool stains on pillow, glitter in the bed. sheets were unwashed. Probably from multiple previous guests. The second bed was unwashed too. We contacted the hosts the next morning and they tried to fix it by sending us new sheets. When we got home at 12am that night and began changing sheets, the mattress had stains everywhere, there were insects living on the mattress and there was a BED BUG on the pillow I slept on the night before. We left in a panic, had no where to go (In CHI you can't book a hotel after midnight). The next day the host told me they would "change the sheets". Entire unit needs to be deep clean and needs new furniture/MATTRESSES. They also try to take damage deposit. Would not recommend staying here.

It is always a pleasure staying at Tibo’s property. This time, I visited with a colleague who was equally impressed and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. This property is truly a hidden gem—the unit is beautiful, impeccably clean, and stocked with everything needed for a comfortable visit. The check-in process was extremely easy, and the customer service remains top-tier; the hosts are incredibly responsive and provide friendly, clear answers right away. The location is unbeatable. Being just steps from the station made getting around effortless, and the neighborhood is vibrant, safe, and walkable. We also loved the building's amenities, especially the rooftop which is a great place to unwind with a nice view of the city. Overall, this was a seamless and enjoyable stay. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back.

The apartment was not very clean when we arrived. There was a very used sponge in the sink and dirty towels and linens in the closets. However, the hosts were very responsive and solved our issues quickly. This apartment is very tight for a longer term stay. There is no storage (dressers, shelves, etc) and supplies are limited. Easy to access the space and the parking spot was great. The area can get a little loud but it’s walkable and the park is nice to walk through.
